Mumuso Pakistan is seeking out Store Supervisor for Karachi Store. Details are as under:

Job Title: Store Manager

Experience: three to 4 years (Preferably 1 yr as Assistant Manager Store)

Qualification: Bachelors

Location: Karachi

Job Description:

1- Appropriately scheduling personnel by using preparing roster, to ensure ok staffing at all times.

2- Managing inventory degrees, look after the stock manipulate and reporting to the Store Manager.

Three- Analyzing sales figures and income volumes to maximize profits.

4- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.

5- Using software and applications to record sales figures and successfully.

6- Creating a warm & inviting ecosystem for all customers, and giving expert advice to clients & advising them on product preference.

7- Organizing and executing promotions, sales events and innovative commercial enterprise approaches as decided through the Management.

Eight- Achieving sales objectives thru the retail sales team.

Nine- Maximizing shop sales by way of brilliant patron-service.

10- Understanding and managing all Key Performance Indicators, to make sure right operations of the store.

11- Ensure all shop fixtures and device are in proper working order.

12- Managing the operations of complete save.'
