Assists the Line Manager in establishing, enforcing and monitoring the inflight Catering Services requirements, rules and strategies to ensure standardization of the first-class and shipping across the whole community. Ensures that suitable controls and techniques are in vicinity to fulfill the requirements of customs authorities.

Carries out random exams to evaluate the inflight catering standards, excellent, and provision, this includes catering service delivery, merchandise, equipment (trolleys, trays, catering packaging, and many others.).

Qualifications (Academic, education, languages)
