We are seeking out applications for the post of "Dispatch Coordinator" for our head office, Karachi.
Job Description:
Expert in Dealing with Goods Transporters for the arrangement of Finished Product Deliveries all across Pakistan.
Expert in Excel; developing and maintaining reviews, complex spreadsheets and information & organizing the information into a necessities documents.
Good Communication Skills
Monitoring Progress Vehicle & Order wise & sharing with Karachi Factory crew.
Complete every day operational obligations to preserve the Dispatches running at a solid pace.
Ensure well timed and powerful communique with all applicable departments.
Timely and appropriate reaction and movements to disruption, emergency or delay scenario the Vehicles operation
Generation of orders & dispatch reports and percentage with all relevant workforce / departments through e-mail on time.
Interested candidate should have 2-three years applicable revel in & having bachelor degree with remarkable command on ERP, MS
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
