UAE primarily based company, seeking services of Call Center Supervisor (particularly for Morning Shift). Interested candidate must have strong communique abilities alongwith established experience to guide of Call Center Teams.


Call Center Supervisor Responsibilities:


Hiring, schooling, and making ready name center representatives to reply to purchaser questions and complaints and troubleshoot issues with services or products.

Ensuring retailers understand and comply with all name center objectives, overall performance requirements, and guidelines.

Answering agent questions regarding great practices or tough calls.

Identifying operational problems and suggesting feasible upgrades.

Monitoring and evaluating agent overall performance, offering studying or education opportunities, and taking corrective movement, if necessary.

Preparing reports and studying records to assist management as they decide call center goals.

Working with other supervisors and control crew members to guide sellers and maximize consumer satisfaction.

Alongwith high profits, Supervisor might be entitled for Incentive, Commission and Bonuses over Teams Performance.
